A visa is an official document or authorization that permits a traveller to seek entry into a foreign country, subject to the immigration laws and requirements of that country.

VISA APPLICATION
Agents must make the applicable payment to Frapam Travels Limited before any visa application is submitted on their behalf.
In the event that a visa application is rejected or refused by the competent Qatar Immigration Authorities, applicable visa and processing charges are non-refundable.
Frapam Travels Limited reserves the right to change its charges at any time without prior notice to the Agent.
In the event that the visa application is rejected by the Department of Naturalization and Residence in UAE charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS OF VISA
Visa fees and applicable processing charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, withdrawal of the application or no-show.
Visa applications submitted through Frapam Travels Limited generally take approximately 3 to 4 working days to process, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Frapam Travels directly. Additional charges will apply for urgent visa applications.

VISA CONDITIONS
Qatar visas are issued subject to the approval of the competent Qatar Immigration Authorities, including the Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar.
Frapam Travels Limited shall report any known overstay or immigration violation to the relevant Qatar Immigration Authorities, where required.
Frapam Travels Limited accepts no responsibility for clients who overstay or violate the conditions of their visa.
Frapam Travels Limited reserves the right not to offer visa services without giving a reason.
Any fines, penalties, government charges or other costs arising from an overstay or immigration violation shall be borne by the traveller and/or the responsible Agent, as applicable.
In case of an Overstay or Abscondation, the agent will be liable to pay Frapam Travels a fee of $1,565. Soas to clear the overstay with UAE Immigration.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
The issuance of a visa is subject to the sole approval of the competent Qatar Immigration Authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Frapam Travels Limited.
Government and immigration fees are subject to change and may be non-refundable.
The issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into Qatar. Final entry is at the discretion of the Qatar Immigration Authorities and border control officials.
The issued visa may be considered invalid if the information provided does not match the traveller's passport or if any material information has changed.
It is the responsibility of the Agent and traveller to ensure that all visa conditions and applicable Qatar immigration requirements are valid and complied with at the time of travel.
Qatar visa requirements, fees and immigration policies may change without prior notice.
