Visa is an official document that allows the bearer to legally enter a foreign country. There are several different types of visas, each of which afford the bearer different rights in the host country.

Agents must make the applicable payments to Frapam Travels before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

In the event that the visa application is rejected by the Thailand Immigration Department charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations of Visa
Visa fee in the event of cancellation or No-Show are non-refundable.
Visa applications submitted to Immigration Service takes approximately 2 to 3 working days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays.)

Visa Conditions
The Tourist Visas are issued by the Thailand Immigration Authorities.
Each adult visitor to the Republic of Kenya is required to submit E-Visa applications in their personal E-Citizen account. Parents can apply for their children in the parents account

The issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the Thailand Immigration Department.
Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The possession of a Visa is not the final Authority to enter The Republic of Thailand
